We celebrated the end of our attempt to gain the International Friendship Award with a Treasure Hunt followed by a BBQ

We started off from Grove Road, leaving in pairs, and followed a question sheet to find the route by looking for answers along the way.

We were then able to present a cheque to a representative from the Open Arms appeal, for £375 – the amount raised by the Group from our efforts, which included selling recipe bookings and a coffee morning.

Then followed the presentation of badges to all those who qualified by joining in all the activities organised
